Description

Based on their major work with the War Officer Selection Boards and Unilever Companies' Management Development Scheme (UCMDS), the Fulton Committee on Civil Service recruitment and selection approached the Tavistock Institute to provide evidence and advise on new methods of selection for the Civil Service recruitment procedure. File 1: Includes evidence from the UCMDS project, data on graduate entrants, and related correspondence (1968). File 2: Correspondence and copy of document HRC 178 'Memorandum to the Committee of Enquiry into the Method II Selection Procedure' (1969).
