Smith, Eliza Anna (& others)

Collection of cookery receipts, with a few household, medical, and veterinary receipts. The original compiler is Eliza Anna Smith whose name, with the date 1783 is found on p. 1: this section ends at p. 71. The remainder of the volume, with a few additions by later hands, one dated 1850 on p. 251, appears to be by the hand of Mrs. Loraine Smith whose name is inscribed outside the lower cover as 'Lauraine' (cf. pp. 183, 207).
