Physical description
1 volume 2 ll. + 185 ff. 4to. 19 × 141/2 cm. Original calf binding, rebacked. The end-papers are made from the leaves of a black-letter Bible with ornamental woodcut initials, containing parts of the Book of Isaiah.

Purchased 1928.
Biographical note
The writer married Daniel Ayshford probably in 1690, and on the verso of the first leaf is a list of their children, ending with the ninth born in 1709-of these four are noted as dead.
