About this work

Description

The Tavistock Institute worked alongside a committee consisting of members of senior management from British European Airways to undertake an organisational change study within the environment of a transport company. British European Airways was selected when Henry Marking became Chief Executive of the organisation, and the focus was on the development of management systems at a time when airline organisations were rapidly transforming and growing but still functioning under original management systems.
