Preston Baxi Heating project

This was an organisational structure project in order to assess the level to which shop floor workers were involved in the decisions that affected their welfare at work, and to develop 'good' management practices by which involvement of the work force could be facilitated and maintained. The main research took the form of a survey of opinions of individuals working on the shop floor at Baxi Heating through individual interviews to invetigate their experiences within the organisation. Includes outline of the survey, notes of interview with employees, and project report.
