Includes papers concerning the developmental programme at no.14 WOSB, relating to the application of WOSB techniques in post-war army. The aim of the programme at no. 14 was to devise a system of training that could be operated at a number of boards in the post-war army, which would use validated methods to maintain consistent standards at the different boards. Also includes papers concerning application of WOSB techniques to senior level civil service recruitment.
